Only female relatives are allowed to visit their ward's rooms for maximum one hour.

friends / classmates

Class mates or other friends are NOT permitted to go the rooms of hostellites.

We do NOT have parent's stay facility available in the hostel, arrange your visit accordingly.

Out side food orders

If you wish to order your food online, your food order should reach hostel before 8 PM.

no hostel outing after 7.30 PM

For the safety of hostel girls, we discourage hostel girls for outing hostel gate after 7.30PM.

want to go on leave

In case you wish to take child on leave, you must enter details on the leave application form.

ac study hall facility

Study hall will be open from 6AM to 11.30PM. On the Night before exam day study hall will remain open throughout the night.

extended study hall hours

On Saturday nights (assuming exams on Sundays), study hall will remain open throughout the night.

Misbehave and Misconduct Policy

Mobile Phone & Electric Equipment Policy

Electric cattle, Coffee Maker, Rice Boilers are prohibited in the room. If found, the equipment will be seized till you leave the hostel.

If you wish to view any TV serial or program or some live cricket match in mobile / tab or whatsoever device, you are advised to use earphones so that you need not disturb others.

Mobile phones are allowed for the purpose of convenience of communication. If over use is detected, admission will be cancelled.

If a student is found either speaking late nights on mobile phones or is found NOT FAIRLY using mobile, then the admission will be cancelled by asking the parents to visit the office.
